Laurel grade“0”rubber plastic insulation tube has low thermal conductivity,full-closed structure,and excellent continuous heat insulation.The material is completely isolated with vapor,so it has the properties of water-proof,anti-condensation and long lifetime.After SGS testing,its measured value is much lower than EU standard value on materials without toxic substances,so it is safe and healthy.Moveover,with beautiful appearance,it is easy for bending and construction,and no need of other accessories.With fine resistance to temperature and climate,it is much applicable for heat preservation of hot-water pipe of solar energy water heater,air-conditioning pipe of motorcar and steam pipe,Also it is widely used in areas of shock reduction and sound absorption and etc.

Compared with 32%oxygen index of grade”1” rbber sponge tube, grade”0”rbber sponge tube increases the important index of fireproof up to 40%,and has lower thermal conductivity(when average temperature is 0℃,λ<=0.034w/m·k) and excellent anti-steam permeable ability m>=5,000.It is used for heat insulation of pipeines,equipment and containers whose medium temperature between -50°C-105°C.It is widely used for heat insulation of equipment and pipelines in construction and air-conditioning system,civil buildings and hot water supplying,industrial and refrigerating equipments,etc.Moreover,it is thebest choice for customers especial in public buildings required high fireproof nature,like supermarket,hospital,school,hotel,and some important city-planning buildings and so on.

 

High moisture-proof genes:

Anti-condensation is determined by two factors:low thermal conductivity and high moisture-proof genes(anti-steam permeable ability).Laure grade”0” rubber plastic tube is excellent in this two aspects:it’s thermal conductivity after test is λ<=0.034 when 0℃,and moisture-proof genes m>=10,000,so it is the ideal choice to ensure anti-condensation and low energy loss.

Compared with grade”1”rubber plastic insulation tube,oxygen index of grade”0” rubber plastic insulation tube is much higher(measured value of oxygen index of grade”0” plastic is:42.5 according to testing report 0011603).Laure grade”0” rubber plastic insulation tube passed the testing with excellent fireproof performance,which indicates its fine flame-spreading resistance.Also it passed SGS testing,which indicated that the heat emission is ideally controlled when burning,and achieves higher grade of fireproof.

 

Easy for installation:

It is easy for installation of Laurel rubber plastics with soft material.Regarding pipeline,it can be fitted together with installation progress of pipelines;also it can be split and then stuck together with special glue.For valve,elbow,tee or other complex forms,it can be cut and then stuck together according to different shapes,assuring airtightness of entire system and beautiful appearance.
